independently managed and
financed. Cash flow from one
investment cannot be used in
another investment. Investments
are match funded on a deal by
deal basis, also enabling
flexibility for investors to suit
individual investment criteria.
The funding base is significant,
stable and is not exposed to the
vagaries of the retail funding
market. The principals of
CapitalGroup invest in all
investments made.
