CapitalGroup is experienced in providing a variety of funding options for property and private equity investments, including structuring and completing complicated leveraged financing which minimises risk despite the high leverage.

Since its inception, CapitalGroup has invested in a wide range of property development projects ranging in value from $2m - $300m and across all sectors – commercial, residential, industrial and retail. The amount invested in each development project ranges from $0.5m - $20.0m+, but is typically in the $2m - $5m range.

Through a combination of careful structuring and CapitalGroup’s relationships with senior debt lenders, projects are 100% funded.

Each project is assessed on an individual basis to provide a funding structure that best suits the developer’s objectives.

Where possible the team works closely with developers effectively providing them with a full service financing partner for their projects. This role is maintained throughout the project from the feasibility study through to repayment or completion of the project.
